Anthony Clayton (Prof)
Chairman, Broadcasting Commission Jamaica
Professor Anthony Clayton is Chairman of the Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica and has over thirty years of international experience in policy development in national security and policing, energy security, environment and resources; futures studies and scenario planning.
Professor Clayton is also Alcan Professor of Caribbean Sustainable Development in the Institute for Sustainable Development, University of the West Indies, visiting professor at the Centre for Environmental Strategy in the School of Engineering at the University of Surrey and at the Institute for Studies of Science, Technology and Innovation in the School of Social and Political Studies at the University of Edinburgh. In addition he is Fellow of the Caribbean Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the World Academy of Sciences and has the Order of Distinction in the Rank of Commander. A Member of the Government of Jamaica Climate Change Advisory Board and he is Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Constabulary Force Operational Reform Oversight Committee.
