Workshop on building a responsible advertising policy framework
bangkok, Thursday 13 OCTOBER 2016
(BY INVITATION ONLY)
On the morning of October 13th, the IIC organised a workshop to look at the key issues raised in creating a responsible and sustainable advertising policy framework for the region. Considering the APEC Action Agenda on Advertising Standards and Practice Development, topics discussed looked at the progress made since the Agenda was published (in 2014) and considered regulatory practice in other jurisdictions.
This was a unique opportunity to share perspectives and insights from industry and policy makers and engage in meaningful exchanges, under the Chatham House Rule, on these issues. The Dialogue was free to attend but was by invitation only as numbers were limited. Click here to see the summary report.
