Mr Pollins focuses on issues relating to the development, distribution and regulation of digital content. He has first-hand experience in the fields of connected television and video-on-demand from having worked in the in-house legal teams at YouView, the UK's fastest-growing TV platform, and the BBC's Future Media and Technology divisions, where he advised on BBC iPlayer.

In the last couple of years, Mr Pollins co-authored the "Digital Legal and Anywhere" reports on the shape of OTT in Singapore and Australia, which led to the launch of finddigitaltv.com, a consumer platform for finding legitimate OTT content.
