Doris A Madrid Lezama

Doris A Madriz Lezama is currently Deputy Commissioner of CONATEL in Honduras, and has previously held the positions of legal advisor of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa (CCIT); Deputy Director of the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa; and manager of the commercial register administered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa.
Ms Lezama joined the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL) in 2010, acting as legal representative for the Regulatory Agency for Telecommunications, and serving as the Legal Director of CONATEL and CONATEL representative to the Committee on Legal Affairs of the Regional Technical Commission of Telecommunications Union (CTU).
Ms Lezama is a lawyer, graduating from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), with a Master in Business Law, Technological University (UNITEC) obtaining the distinction of Magna Cum Laude.
