New NBN migration complaints-handling rules

ACMA has released draft  complaints-handling rules designed to improve the experience of consumers moving to the National Broadband Network.  The rules are intended to help speed up the customer complaint process.  Feedback on the draft rules closes 16 April 2018. Read more here
