This year we were in Singapore, the heart of the vibrant Asia region. This is an area of rapid change and technological development. With a population of over 625m and combined nominal GDP of c. US$2.6 trillion, this region would rank as the seventh largest economy in the world if it were a single entity.
It is a culturally and politically diverse region presenting rich opportunities for the TMT sector to help drive economic and societal benefit. The policy and regulatory considerations are complex and varied and the IIC is ideally positioned to enable fruitful discussion between all parties.
