Vodafone is one of a number of operators ordered to pay billions of dollars in licence and spectrum fees following a widening of the definition of adjusted gross revenue and the failure of an appeal to the Supreme Court.
Without intervention from Vodafone’s UK parent company, or government intervention, the ‘shutdown scenario looks highly likely and just a matter of time’, it suggested.
