OCECPR (Office of the Commissioner for Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation) is Cyprus’s independent regulatory authority responsible for the regulation of electronic communications and postal services.
The mission of OCECPR is to promote the interests of consumers with regard to prices, the availability of choice, the promotion of innovation, and the development of the economy through fostering effective competition, monitoring the quality of services offered, and ensuring the provision of a minimum set of Universal Service obligations in both the electronic communications and postal services markets.
