Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA), Hong Kong, China

OFCA is the executive arm of the Communications Authority (CA) which is an independent statutory body and the unified regulatory body overseeing the converging telecommunications and broadcasting sectors in Hong Kong, China.  Apart from providing professional support to the activities of the CA, OFCA is also a trading fund department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) providing advisory, planning and support services on telecommunications, broadcasting and anti-spamming matters to the HKSAR Government as well as representing the HKSAR Government on international affairs.
