David Yates leads the regional Digital & Data practice at Al Tamimi & Company.
Mr Yates provides clients with a range of solutions including technology acquisition and governance, digital transformation, intellectual property commercialisation and governance.
He also specialises in advising on data commercialisation and transactions; data protection, privacy and enforcement; and digital commerce legal advice and solutions. In addition, David has supported clients in relation to regulatory investigations and enforcement.
Mr Yates has re-joined Al Tamimi & Company from Corrs Chambers Westgarth where he brings extensive practical experience and commercial insight. His experience in Australia and the Middle East equips him with the skills to achieve swift and favourable outcomes.
