François Joseph Nnemete Beyeme

Deputy Director, ICT and Telecommunications Regulation, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL), Cameroon

François Joseph Nnemete Beyeme is a specialist in telecommunications Policy environment, and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Telecommunications and ICT Regulation at Cameroon’s Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.

He has extensive international experience and academic training in the field. His expertise encompasses telecommunications and ICT policy and regulation, support for the digital transformation of organizations, and youth digital entrepreneurship. Additionally, he is a Business and Management consultant with competence in core areas of engineering, strategy and performance, competition policy, and framework development.

He obtained a professional master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rennes 1 in France, and a professional master’s degree in Telecommunications Management in the Age of Convergence from the United Kingdom Telecommunication Academy (University of Rwanda) . He holds certifications from the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), the American University Washington College of Law (AUWCL), and the Fletcher School Institute at Tufts University, respectively in telecommunications regulatory policy, digital currency, and 5G technology.
