Juan Ignacio Cacace is the Head of Global Market Access in Access Partnership, a government affairs and public policy consultancy. Mr Cacace leads a team that gains regulatory market access for telecommunications and digital technologies worldwide, by helping companies to comply with regulations as well as obtain licenses and permits for their products and services.
Before joining Access Partnership, Mr Cacace worked ten years in the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires and in the Argentine National Senate.
Mr Cacace holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and another in Law, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
