Chief of Staff, Ministère des Postes, des Télécommunications et de l'Économie Numérique, Guinea

Nfaly Sylla is the current Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Digital Economy of the Republic of Guinea.

Passionate about the development of his country, Mr Sylla actively promotes investments in the telecommunications industry and seeks to build partnerships nationally and internationally to bridge the digital divide in Guinea.

He has an extensive experience in public administration, public-private investments, and mining.

Mr Sylla previously served as Technical Assistant to the Minister of Mines and Geology with whom he worked closely to promote mining investments to Guinea from 2016 to 2021.

Mr Sylla holds a bachelor’s degree in international business management from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Florida International University.
