SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT
We are big fans of the EU's framework for electronic communications. This framework is founded on bedrock principles of liberal market economics and distills "best practices" that developed piece-meal over decades, forming them into a coherent package. We especially applaud the policy of "regulating only where necessary" and in particular the policy of "licensing only where necessary" as expressed in the Authorisation Directive.
