Paraguay Assumes the Presidency of Regulatel

The Paraguayan regulator, the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL) has assumed the presidency of the Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulators, Regulatel, at its 22nd plenary assembly, replacing the previous incumbent, Osiptel. Regulatel comprises 23 regulatory agencies in Latin America and Europe. Read more: CONATEL
