The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) regulates the electronic communications and postal sectors in the country. It has taken a number of measures to help during the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic, including:

  • Working with the sectors it regulates to ensure that problems are dealt with swiftly to maintain continuity of vital services.
  • Providing capacity assessments for mobile networks, and monitoring broadband capacity to enable remote working.
