Emmanoel Campelo is a Member of the Board of Directors, National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), Brazil

Mr Campelo was a Member of the National Council of Justice for two mandates (2012-2014 and 2014-2016) where he coordinated the “Movement for Conciliation” and was the president of Access to Justice Commission and Jurisprudence Commission.

He has lectured in the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público in postgraduate courses on “Civil procedural law” and on “Adequate methods of conflict handling”. He has also lectured at the same institution on “Conflict resolution methods” in the program of Bachelor of Laws.

In addition, Mr Campelo has lectured on “Labor Law” and “Procedural Labor Law” in the program of Bachelor of Laws in Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília, as well as on “Material and Procedural Labor Law” in postgraduate course in the same institute.

Mr Campelo has published various articles as well as the book “Money Laundering and Transnational Organized Crime” by the Publisher LTR.

Mandate as Anatel Board Member: 23 November 2017 through 4 November 2022.
Mr Campelo has acted as the substitute President of the Agency since 18 February 2019.

Mr Campelo holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, a master’s degree in law from the Catholic University of Brasília, and a PhD in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
