URCA is the independent regulatory authority with responsibility for the Electronic Communications Sector (ECS) and the Electricity Sector (ES) in The Bahamas. The ECS comprises fixed and mobile telephone services, spectrum and numbering, broadcasting including pay television and Internet services.
