Michelle Lim is the Chair of Commpete, the Industry Alliance for Competition in Digital Communications. Ms Lim has over 22 years commercial and regulatory industry experience in senior management roles in the Australian and overseas telecommunications markets. She is a Director of Communications Alliance and a Member of the Australian Energy Regulator (AER)/Australian Consumer Competition Commission (ACCC) Infrastructure Consultative Committee.
Ms Lim has been actively involved in regulatory reforms and competition policy to encourage more open, innovative and diverse markets. She has recently contributed significantly to the NBN SAU, mobile mergers inquiries and wholesale service and pricing regimes.
She holds both a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Macquarie Graduate School of Management Diploma. Ms Lim has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.
