Adilah has over 20 years of industry experience in legal, policy and regulatory affairs across finance, telecommunications and technology sectors. Before joining the Asian Development Bank’s Digital Sector Office, she most recently served as advisor to Microsoft in Malaysia for digital development policy issues and her previous roles include leading the regulatory affairs function across several Asian markets for a regional digital services provider and supporting national transformation plans through change management roles in Government organisations in Malaysia. Adilah holds an LL.M. (Legum Magister) from Columbia University School of Law, New York, and a BA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, United Kingdom.
