Andrea Muñoz Gómez

Andrea Muñoz Gómez graduate of the University of Cauca, Andrea holds a Master’s in Administrative Law from the University of Rosario and is specialized in Business Law and Telecommunications Law from Externado University of Colombia. She has completed programs in Senior Management in Negotiation at the University of Los Andes and in Comprehensive Regulatory Impact Analysis at the University of Florida.

With 28 years of experience, of which 25 have been in the ICT sector with a focus on regulation, Ms Muñoz Gómez has held various managerial positions and has consulted in the areas of television and public utility services, specializing in the application of efficient regulatory methodologies. She currently teaches in the Master’s program in State Law with an emphasis on Regulation and Management of Telecommunications and ICT, as well as in the Master’s program in Economic Law at Externado University of Colombia.
