Regional Governor of Ñuble, Chile

Óscar Crisóstomo’s vocation for public service and leadership began during the years he studied Social Work at the University of Bío-Bío, in 1999, a time when he combined his academic training with management work, assuming responsibilities as coordinator and vice president, and ending up as President of the Student Federation. He went on to develop his work in public service, joining the Provincial Department of Education of Ñuble, and then for eight years he led the Quality of Work Life team at the Herminda Martín Clinical Hospital in Chillán, where he implemented different programs and activities to strengthen the well-being of staff members.
