This year we are delighted that the International Regulators Forum will be hosted by The Commission for Communications Regulation of Colombia (CRC) on 20 – 21 October 2025.
The IIC Small Nations Regulators Forum, will be held on the afternoon of 21 October 2025.
The IIC’s 56th Annual Conference, follows on 22 – 23 October 2025. Senior industry representatives joined regulators, academics and other stakeholders from the telecoms, media and technology stakeholder communities for two days of discussions on the big questions and issues facing the sector.

DELEGATE FEES
Prices are per person
All delegate fees include lunches, tea and coffee breaks. It also includes the Opening Reception and the Gala Reception for those attending the Annual Conference.
All prices quoted are excluding VAT.
VAT will be applicable for all registrations made in the United Kingdom.
For the International Regulators Forum, there will be a limit of two delegates per organisation. Member Regulator organisations of the IIC will receive two free places to attend. Additional delegates who wish to attend from an organisation will be at the discretion of the IIC.

Visa FAQs
As you know, the IIC does not have an office in Colombia. This limits the categories of visas we can support you with in your application.

The following FAQs should serve as a guide for the visa process, and in case you have any additional requirements, please email enquiries@iicom.org
Do I need a visa to go on tourism or business to Colombia? If you hold a passport issued by a State or territory listed in List A , B , or C , or those listed as Special Visa Exemption Cases, you may enter, remain in, and leave Colombia without a visa for short-stay activities (including business, leisure, tourism, or cultural activities), provided that these activities do not generate payment for services, wages, or salaries in Colombia.
What if my country is not in list A, B, or C or listed as a special visa exemption case? You will need to apply for a Visitor visa (type V) to attend an event
Can IIC support my application for a visitor visa? If you are required to apply for a visitor visa, we can request our local sponsor to issue a letter of invitation t to support your application.
