Noelle oversees the Internet Society’s portfolio of work and engagements in Asia-Pacific. She builds partnerships with governments and intergovernmental bodies, industry, technical communities, and civil society groups to scale the organization’s impact. She provides strategic guidance to management teams to align the organisation’s programs with regional needs and priorities, and represents the Internet Society in regional fora and convene decision-makers to tackle challenging Internet issues. She also develops and leads global projects that advance the Internet Society’s mission.
