George Xenokratis oversees EU institutional engagement for Bolt, one of Europe’s fastest-growing mobility platforms, focused on making cities more livable by rethinking urban transport. In his role, he works with policymakers, stakeholders, and civil society to help shape regulatory frameworks that support digital transformation, unlock opportunities, and enhance Europe’s tech competitiveness.
Before joining Bolt, he worked in consulting firms and multinational companies, advising businesses on EU policymaking. He began his career in Washington, D.C., supporting policy engagement with the U.S. Congress on behalf of a civil society organization.
Mr Xenokratis studied International Politics at Johns Hopkins SAIS as a Fulbright Scholar and is passionate about policies that drive digital innovation to address global challenges.
