With his adeptness in navigating complex technology and policy landscapes, he has consistently enabled organizations to excel and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Dr. Gandhi has previously served as Chief Regulatory Officer at Bharti Airtel Limited and, as an officer of the Indian Telecom Services (ITS), held key positions in the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. He is renowned for his visionary strategies that transform policy challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation. He exemplifies the powerful combination of technical expertise and strategic foresight, driving innovation and meaningful societal impact.
Dr. Gandhi holds a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi and a B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra.
