Germán López Ardila is a lawyer, consultant, and lecturer, on tech policy, cybersecurity, AI, and Internet governance. He works as Vice-president of the Colombian Chamber of IT and Telecoms (CCIT). He is a member of UNESCO’s AI Ethics Experts Without Borders (AIEB) Network. He lectures on tech regulation at Javeriana University, Andes University Externado University and Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia, as well as the University of Chile. He has worked as a consultant on AI policy and data privacy for international bodies and Latin-American organizations.
