A lawyer from the Universidad Javeriana with a Master’s degree in International Business Law from McGILL University, Montreal, Canada, and a Master’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Northwestern University School of Law Chicago and Kellogg Graduate School of Management. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he has worked for Gonzalez y Perez-Correa – Mexico City, British American Tobacco – Colombia (Bogota, Colombia), and AMX Argentina S.A. “Claro Argentina” (Buenos Aires, Argentina), among others. Since January 2013, he has held the position of Corporate Director of Regulatory Affairs and Institutional Relations at Claro Colombia.
