Yulia Kulikova has been Senior Manager Regulatory and Policy Affairs at Inmarsat since 2011.
Between 2005 and 2011, Ms Kulikova worked in OnAir SARL, a joint venture between SITA and Airbus, as regulatory officer on connectivity in aircraft projects. Since 2011 Ms Kulikova has been working for the Inmarsat regulatory department in market access in Europe and policy matters for a number of projects such as connected cars, net neutrality and data protection.
Ms Kulikova has a law degree in international law from the University of Paris, and a BA in Italian and German Studies, and an LLM from McGill University, Montreal.
