Vice President, National Audiovisual Council, Romania

I currently serve as Vice President of the National Audiovisual Council of Romania and Vice Chair of EPRA – the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities for audiovisual media. I have substantial experience in central and local public administration, having held senior and dignitary-level positions in key Romanian institutions, including the Parliament, various ministries, and national authorities.

I graduated from the “Gheorghe Dima” Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca and subsequently specialised in law, European affairs, strategic communication, and journalism. I have participated in international training programmes, including those organized by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Navy, developing extensive expertise in media, European policy, and countering disinformation.
