Johan Adler, a senior telecom executive with 20 years of experience working in Asia, is Head of Government and Industry Relations for Ericsson, advising governments in the region on policies and regulatory matters and driving Ericsson’s vision of a Networked Society.
Throughout his career in Asia, working for Ericsson, Mr Adler has been President and Country Manager in a number of countries including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Hong Kong and Myanmar. He has also held positions as Head of Global Services in South East Asia, Head of Business Development in Asia and Head of M&A in North East Asia.
Before joining Ericsson in 1995, Mr Adler worked for the Swedish operator Telia-Sonera.
Mr Adler often speaks at industry events about the future of the ICT industry and its impact on societies.
