Jaime Estrada

Jaime Estrada is a Government Affairs Director at Apple, leveraging over three decades of expertise in public policy, regulatory reform, and corporate strategy within the ICT sector. A veteran of the technology industry, Jaime previously served as the Regional Director of Corporate Affairs for Latin America at Intel. His deep public-sector experience includes key leadership roles, such as serving as the final Director of Colombia’s National Broadcasting Commission and as a Commissioner at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission. Jaime has been a driving force in modernizing Colombia’s telecommunications framework and fostering digital growth across Latin America. He is a Civil Engineer (Universidad de los Andes) with an MSc in Regulation (LSE) and an MSc in Business Economics (University of Essex), and has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard and MIT.
