Takamiki Nishikawa is Vice President and Senior Counsel of FOX Networks Group Japan, the premier operator of pay-tv channels in Japan, with responsibility for legal matters in Japan and Korea. Prior to FOX, Mr Nishikawa worked as Deputy General Counsel, Ralph Lauren Japan Corporation, helping build their consumer business in Japan, and as Deputy Director at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, involved with multilateral (NAMA) and bilateral trade (IP chapters) negotiations. He has worked in private practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, dealing with a wide range of cross border transactions.
