Nabiha has over a decade’s experience at the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) and currently heads its Competition Economics Division. She has led MyCC’s market review on the digital economy ecosystem and contributes economic analysis to ongoing assessments and enforcement cases.
Her work supports evidence-based competition policy, particularly in understanding market dynamics, competitive constraints, and emerging issues in digital markets. Drawing on experience across MyCC’s Economics, Investigation and Enforcement, and Legal Divisions, Nabiha brings a practical perspective on how competition authorities can use market reviews, advocacy and enforcement tools to promote fair and competitive digital markets.
