As Senior Director of Economics in GSMA Intelligence, Kalvin is responsible for delivering economic analysis on a range of topics, including spectrum policy, mobile and satellite networks, digital inclusion, regulation, and competition. Recent work includes analysing the investment gap to achieve universal connectivity in Developing Asia Pacific and managing the delivery of the GSMA Digital Africa Index. As part of his role, Kalvin regularly works with external organisations and presents at telecoms and academic conferences. Before joining the GSMA, Kalvin worked at Ofcom and the UK Competition Commission.
