Pepe Feu Vidal leads ITU-WRC strategy for Amazon Leo in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, he represents Amazon across the ITU-R and APT forums, developing international positions on spectrum management and sharing frameworks concerning GSO/non-GSO coexistence in the Ka- and Q/V-bands.
Previously, Pepe specialized in satellite spectrum coordination for NGSO systems, leading technical and regulatory engagements with satellite operators and administrations from Amazon’s London office, and before that at Eutelsat OneWeb. He now brings this technical foundation to regional spectrum policy and regulatory engagement across Asia-Pacific, while also leading initiatives to strengthen technical and regulatory capacity on NGSO systems.
We give innovators and regulators a forum in which to explore, debate and agree the best policies and regulatory frameworks for widest societal benefit.
