Ericsson is taking a number of steps to help during the pandemic. Some of these are:

  • Closely monitoring developments and taking recommendations from international and national bodies to ensure the health and safety of staff, customers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring that supply chain and production facilities are not impacted, so that it can continue to deliver on commitments to customers.
  • The majority of its over 100,000 employees are working remotely and distancing measures are being out in place for offices.
  • Working with their customers to maximise network performance. This has included deploying engineers in countries under lockdown to keep critical infrastructure running.
