COVID-19: What Progresif is doing to help

Since the COVID-19 pandemic started affecting Brunei, Progresif has been strongly promoting official health advice on its social media channels; particularly about staying home together as a family. It has promoted online and offline entertainment for families, and methods for consumers to manage their bills and account online.
Progresif relaunched its brand in January 2020, and customers were to be migrated to simpler tariffs and packages for mobile and internet. In response to the coronavirus crisis, Progresif announced that it would be keeping its Yes Zoom Prepaid internet plan until 1 July, to ensure that customers retained connectivity.
To help teachers and students resume learning in the midst of the pandemic, the company has provided access to e-learning apps and platforms for schools and educational establishments (selected by the Ministry of Education) across Brunei. Subscribers to Progresif’s One Home Broadband plan are able to access these for free even if they have met their quota of data.
