Sky has taken a number of steps across its various offerings. Measures include:

  • Giving mobile customers a data boost of 10GB and removed data charges for customers accessing the NHS website. Calling the NHS helpline is also free for mobile customers.
  • Making its Sky Go Extra service available to all customers for free. This allows consumers to watch content on up to three mobile devices in addition to on television. It also allows some content to be downloaded to be watched offline.
  • Removed charges for calls to landlines from its landline service, Sky Talk. This runs until the end of April.
