TIM is a mobile operator, digital content provider and ISP for consumers, and provides mobile and internet connectivity, along with technology solutions, for businesses. During the COVID-19 pandemic, TIM has undertaken a range of measure to help, which include:

  • Increasing network capacity to cope with increased demand for both fixed and mobile services.
  • Donating 1 million Euros through the TIM Foundation to hospitals and research organisations to help them in the fight against the coronavirus.
  • Partnering with Google, WeSchool and others to help schools and teachers use free platforms to create lessons, share content and more.
  • Providing two months of free access to the TIM Work Smart service to large organisations linked to public administration.
