By resolution 153/21 published on the website www.agcom.it, Agcom has called the selection procedure for an internship in favor of three young graduates in legal, economic, communications and digital networks subjects.
The Preto Award is an award given to personalities who have stood out for their contribution to the development of the culture of communication. Also to young scholars for their scientific work and curricular profile. In addition to Agcom, the Award is promoted and organised again this year by the Italian Chapter of International Institute of Communications. (IIC Italia – www.iicitalia.org) this is to remember Antonio Preto, former Agcom Commissioner, who died prematurely in 2016.
The initiative is made possible thanks to a Promoter Committee composed of the largest companies in the sector that finance the project. While the selection of young candidates is entrusted to a Jury with a high scientific and professional profile. The members of the 2021 Jury are; Enzo Cheli, Chairman and lawyer, Sandro Frova, economist, Laura Aria and Antonello Giacomelli, members of Agcom. Also, Carlo Cambini, economist, Fausto Colombo, sociologist Mario Libertini, lawyer.
Those who meet all the following requirements can participate in the selection procedure. Degree score not lower than 105/110 (or equivalent grade); age not exceeding 32 years on the date of expiry of the application deadline. Gained experience of study and/or research or training and work related to the institutional activities of the Authority (thesis, specialization courses, other experiences of training and work, publications, etc.). The possession of the requirements is mandatory, under penalty of exclusion.
