In Verizon vs Federal Communications Commission, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (DC Circuit) held that the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has broad authority to regulate the internet, but nevertheless struck down most of the network neutrality rules that the agency had adopted.
