Abhishek Malhotra is a Senior Advocate with a 25-year standing as an arguing counsel. He has represented a wide variety of individuals, companies and Government institutions in a variety of matters across the country. He has appeared before the Supreme Court, the High Courts of Judicature at Delhi (where he practices regularly), Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab & Haryana, Allahabad, Calcutta, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Bombay, Odisha, Kerala, Madras and Karnataka.

An alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, he also holds an LL.M. from U.S.A. He is qualified to practice in India and California, U.S.A.

Over the last more than 25 years of practice, Mr. Malhotra has been engaged in matters relating to Commercial Disputes, Arbitrations, Infrastructure development and land acquisition related mandates, Intellectual Property, and Regulatory Disputes. Mr. Malhotra has represented the Competition Commission of India as a panel counsel and has been invited as an expert on various issues by Government departments such as Ministry of HRD, Ministry of MIB, Department of Telecommunication, Department of Space, etc. He also regularly speaks at institutions such as the National Judicial Academy, National Law School, US-India Business Council, FICCI and CII.
