Afrizal Abdul Rahim

Head of Consumer & Industry Research, Ericsson SEA, Oceania and India

Muhammad Afrizal Abdul Rahim is the Head of Consumer and Industry Research, Ericsson South East Asia, Oceania and India. Mr Rahim is also the Head of Government and Industry Relations for Ericsson Malaysia. Mr Rahim is responsible in sharing consumer and industry insights to support telecom service providers, government bodies and industry players in the region.

Mr Rahim has extensive experience in marketing, research and strategy for both consumer and enterprise markets. Since he joined Ericsson in 2005 he has been involved in the publication of numerous industry and consumer reports.

Mr Rahim holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from University Putra Malaysia (Serdang, Malaysia) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with minor in Psychology from Indiana University (Bloomington, USA).
