Economist and Masters in Economics from Universidad de los Andes. She began her career as a project assistant at ANDI and later worked as an economist in the Competition Practices Group of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). For the past six years, she has been part of the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), where she currently serves as Coordinator of Regulatory Policy and Competition. In this role, she leads initiatives to strengthen user protection, promote competition, foster infrastructure investment, and enhance service quality, applying regulatory improvement tools, a deep understanding of the ecosystem, and evidence-based analysis.
We give innovators and regulators a forum in which to explore, debate and agree the best policies and regulatory frameworks for widest societal benefit.
