Alejandra Luzardo

Alejandra Luzardo is an international speaker, author and recognized as one of the leading experts on the creative industries in Latin America. Founder and CEO of Boomful, a company with the mission of expanding the audiovisual sector, digital content and new technologies in the region. During her long career at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), she has implemented her unique perspective on the influence of technology on business and social impact, collaborating in developing the entrepreneurial and VC ecosystems.

Her most emblematic projects have allowed her to build technocreative solutions through a variety of international organizations and the leaders of the Entertainment sector. Some of the solutions included the first IDB loan for the private sector in the creative industries, the first Orange Bond for Colombia, the creation of the first Audiovisual Sandbox focused on amplifying below-the-line audiovisual skills, the design and implementation of the first Regional Dialogue on Public Policies with an intersectoral approach, the strategy of the Intersectoral Working Group of the South-Southeast of Mexico to promote the creative sectors.
