I am a lawyer with a Master’s degree in Law and New Technologies from the University of Chile (c), with 21 years of experience in the public sector, primarily at the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications. I specialize in regulatory matters, digital transformation, and technology, with additional training in cybersecurity, free competition, information technology law, and telecommunications law. My work has focused on the legal, regulatory, and oversight challenges posed by technological evolution, always with a strategic and public service perspective.
