Álvaro Neira is Principal Consultant at Axon Partners Group, an international firm founded in 2006 that provides investment and advisory services in the ICT and digital space in more than 50 countries across the world.
Mr Neira is an international strategy consultant with broad experience in the ICT sector, advising at Board and C-level mainly in Europe, Latin America and Middle East. He has provided advice to a wide range of regulatory authorities and multilateral institutions, including the European Commission (EC), World Bank (WB), International Telecommunications Union (ITU), International Finance Corporation (IFC) or Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). Álvaro’s areas of expertise include regulatory strategy, business planning, and public policy development.
Mr Neira holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
