Angela Wibawa is a Director (Government and Inter-Governmental Organization (IGO) Engagement, APAC) at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Before joining ICANN in 2023, Angela has spent most of her career in the Singapore public service, especially on the topic of international policy. Prior to joining ICANN, she worked at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA). Angela obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore.
