Joint Secretary, E-Governance Board, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Nepal

Mr. Anil Kumar Dutta is currently working as a Joint Secretary in E-Governance Board, Nepal. He is looking after overall activities related to E-Governance of Government of Nepal. Before joining the board, he has worked as a Joint Secretary for 5.5 years in Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MoCIT). He was the chief of IT Division in MoCIT. He was leading Digital Nepal Framework Project of Nepal Government.  He had joined Civil Service as a Computer Engineer and has been working in the Government of Nepal for 27 years. He has served in different government organizations like Election Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs, National Identification Management Center, Office of Controller of Certification, Ministry of Communication & IT etc.

He holds master degree in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology, India.

He has visited countries like India, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Czech Republic, Qatar, Oman, Pakistan, France, South Korea etc.

He has participated in many national and international conferences as key note speakers and as special speakers.
